    Employment Coordinator at SDSU

    The Facilities & Services (F&S) Department at South Dakota State University is seeking an experienced Employment Coordinator to join our team.  This position will be responsible to provide support for the Recruitment, Selection and Onboarding processes for a 200+ staff organization while coordinating with SDSU Human Resources.  This position is responsible for driving and supporting initiatives that address critical issues in F&S workforce planning, talent management, safety, and customer service.   Overall functions include being a liaison between F&S and SDSU HR in the following areas:  recruitment, hiring, orientation, safety, training/certifications, employee relations, performance evaluations, position descriptions, separations, and customer service.  Participates on departmental hiring committees to ensure compliance with departmental and university policies, procedures and practices.  Must have Bachelor’s degree in Business related field with Human Resources experience and at least five years of related human resources experience.
